Jane Nixon’s final decision makes history when she was recently invited to judge the British Show Pony Society’s Show Supreme at the August 2015 Summer Championships at Arena UK by chosing 11-year-old Welsh section C stallion Menai Thomas – the first ever native pony to claim the Underwood overall ridden supreme of show title – from 11 other contenders for the title.
Jane commented “This pony was a joy to watch. It had great charisma, a lovely temperament, was balanced and went forward completely level. It also had good conformation and was not too far – all these things made it the most ‘fit for ppurpose’ pony in the class.
